Vaultup ("we", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

What we collect

• Email address (for authentication)
• Self-reported financial figures: income, savings targets, spending categories
• Savings goal progress and group pot contributions

What we do NOT collect

• We do not collect real bank account data or payment card details
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising

How we use your data

Your financial figures are used solely to provide personalised coaching responses from Val, our AI assistant. Conversation data is sent to Anthropic's API and is subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.

Data storage

Data is stored securely in Supabase (EU region) with row-level security. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@vaultup.app.
